Role Summary: As our Senior Automations & Operations Analyst, you’ll turn our current tech stack from a bottleneck to a powerhouse, adding huge value to a matched betting business that’s scaled 5x in 24 months. We need your ideas and expertise—think AI agents, no-code platforms, or whatever works—to revolutionize our tech systems & operations, from lead capture to sales flows, to customer analytics to product delivery. Transform our tech & operations into an asset rather than a barrier as we aim to Help Young Men get Their Shit Together . Who are you? Technical skills: No-code expertise - building/maintaining automations across business systems Zapier, Make.com etc. Code basics: can read scripts (Python, Javascript) or nail complex Excel logic Must have experience with either code/no-code solutions Systems thinker: you can spot key variables and integrate tech stacks Analytical problem solver: you don’t rest until a problem is solved Personality/traits: You are hungry to learn & grow. You want to develop into a larger role within the business. You don’t like being bored, you seek problems to solve. Key Responsibilities: Fix and manage daily tech issues - eg broken automations Act as a bridge between business and technology - understand business needs, develop system requirements, and execute effective solutions using technology If you can build CRMs & Data Dashboards, you are very much the type of person we want Maintain clear and accurate documentation of business systems, workflows, and automations. Work Environment: Working from home flexibility will be offered. However, to begin, it is ideal that you work in the office at least 2-3 days/week in Melbourne, Victoria.
