Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation.About the role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an infrastructure program for an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. About you 5+ years Business Analysis experience, including working with both business and technology teams. Experience in delivering business analysis for infrastructure transformation programs, ideally a data centre migration. Strong ITIL knowledge and experience (must have). Extensive experience with business process mapping, analysis, and business scenario verification. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrable ability to explain technical content, write knowledge articles, and communicate with clarity and efficiency. Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and partner effectively with key stakeholders. Knowledgeable in the infrastructure and networking domain (desirable). Be an energetic strategic thinker with considerable attention to detail. Have a curious and accountable mindset.
