About The Role Airmaster is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Management Systems (BMS) Technician to join our Sydney team. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced building automation technologies, delivering cutting-edge solutions to a diverse client base. If you’re passionate about optimising building performance and bringing your technical expertise to challenging projects, we’d like to hear from you. As an experienced BMS Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions and technical support for Building Management Systems. You will be responsible for system installations, fault-finding, commissioning and ongoing service across commercial, industrial and large-scale building projects. As part of the team, you will be involved in: Installing, commissioning, and optimising BMS and lighting control systems Diagnosing and rectifying complex faults in building automation systems Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and relevant team members Upgrading and integrating systems to improve performance and energy efficiency Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery What We’re Looking For Proven experience in HVAC systems and BMS technologies Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara , Distech , or similar platforms (essential) Advanced skills in BMS project delivery , from installation to commissioning and ongoing maintenance Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service The ability to mentor and train junior team members Why Join Us?
