Modern office space in the heart of Dee Why THE ROLE Identify inefficiencies in current processes and work on projects to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity. Manage journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions to ensure accurate month-end reporting. Prepare Detailed Management Reports: Compile financial data to provide clients and stakeholders with meaningful insights. Complete BAS preparation, review GST reconciliations and related accounts. Payroll processing, ensure compliance with tax obligations, and manage employee entitlements such as leave balances and superannuation. Maintain Fixed Assets and Depreciation Schedules Perform Bank Reconciliations QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Accounting Adv Dip or Degree Qualified. Minimum 5 years experience. Previous Experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping Previous experience working in a multi client environment/Public Practice Have a good understanding and experience using Xero and other addons like Dext & Deputy Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. Have a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles Possess great problem solving skills and have good initiative Passion for technology and efficiency Eye for detail and time management *PLEASE NOTE* We are looking for Australia Citizens or Permanent residents only, please do not apply if you are on a temporary Visa, will need sponsorship in the future or are a representative of an outsource company.
