Senior Business Analyst – Project Manager (Sales Excellence) MARS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead on a critical sales excellence project. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating multiple work streams into a cohesive project schedule, ensuring alignment with project delivery frameworks, and managing both technical and business aspects of the program. Role: Senior Project Manager - Sales ExcellenceJob Type: Contract (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH)Start Date: ASAPLocation: Bankstown (Sydney) About the Role In this hybrid position, you'll take the lead in analysing, improving, and implementing sales processes while managing governance, scheduling, and reporting. You'll work across both Business and IT change initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery with minimal BAU support. You'll be responsible for: Sales Process Improvement & Analysis - leveraging Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Governance & Reporting - establishing governance forums, managing schedules, and driving prioritization discussions. Hands-On Execution - embedding yourself in the details to ensure smooth implementation of key process changes in the Sales business. Project Management (20%) - handling normal PM responsibilities, including stakeholder management, scheduling, and working within the PMO framework. Salesforce & IT Alignment - contributing to business case development for Salesforce process improvements and future project investments. What We're Looking For: Strong blend of Business Analysis (80%) & Project Management (20%) skills. Track record of delivering process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies. Ability to work autonomously, navigating the organization to get things done. Experience executing governance forums, reporting, and managing Business & IT change. Comfortable working with minimal BAU support - we need a 'doer,' not just a box ticker! Previous experience working within a PMO framework, ideally supporting Salesforce changes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
