In this role, you'll: Lead the development of detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and resource planning. Define and scope diverse business requirements, driving innovative and effective business solutions. Collaborate with specialists to develop technical specifications that align with user and project needs. Provide expert technical advice to business managers, ensuring alignment with operational goals and emerging priorities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and well-being. Establish and implement best practices across business analysis methodologies, tools, and processes. Drive continuous improvement within the Business Analysis chapter, identifying opportunities for growth and maturity. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize synergies across business areas and delivery teams. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in business case development, including current state analysis and future state definition. Extensive expertise in analyzing business needs across complex, multi-sourced environments. Hands-on experience in transport operations management or operations technology and systems. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing direct reports and driving performance. Ability to translate complex technical data for non-technical audiences and vice versa. Deep understanding of the IIBA framework, with certification preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
