You can learn more about us here: Trideca .About Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst (BA) with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to support an AEM remediation project at Trideca. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), and AEM workflows who can gather business and technical requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for AEM remediation. AEM Audit & Remediation Planning: Identify gaps, issues, and areas for improvement in the current AEM implementation and support remediation efforts, including content structure, permissions, and workflows. Process Improvement: Assess and enhance existing AEM workflows, improving content authoring, publishing, and governance processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable technical tasks. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and structured documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and remediation progress. Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT by defining test cases, validating AEM functionalities post-remediation, and ensuring smooth implementation. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure remediation efforts align with AEM best practices, security standards, and governance policies. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In-depth knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, Permissions, and Components. Experience working on AEM remediation, upgrades, migrations, or performance optimizations. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders. Experience with content governance, tagging, and taxonomy within AEM is a plus. Knowledge of AEM integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, analytics tools, APIs) is desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) is a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Certifications in AEM or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are beneficial.
