Senior Business Analyst - Banking We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a team and play a key role in a large-scale transformation and customer journey enhancement. Location: Sydney, 2 days office attendanceJob Type: 12M contractRate: A$950 + super Key Responsibilities: Work across agile and waterfall methodologies in a disciplined project management framework. Support large-scale migration and transformation projects in a customer-focused environment. Provide high-level insights into technology solutions and process reengineering where required. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex transformation programs within banking. Prior experience working on an end-to-end customer journey within banking. Strong end-to-end project management exposure, especially in a customer-centric environment. Ability to navigate both agile and waterfall methodologies with a clear project agenda. Strong experience on key banking products. Customer migration experience. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Candidates must have full work rights and be based in Sydney.
