Senior Business Analyst - Consent/Privacy 07th February, 2025 Advance Thinking are a boutique consultancy with a great network of clients across many industries.Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our leading Health Insurance client to join the team.In this role you will Create end to end business process maps and rules. Expert in user story mapping to visualise the user journey and prioritise features. Expert in creating business (focus on needs and goals of the end user or business) and technical (focus on how the system will support the functionality) user stories with associated acceptance criteria Writing requirements to satisfy preparing and evaluation of procurement activities such as RFP, RFQ. Involved in vendor and product evaluation and selection. Involved in the verification and validation of supplier delivery outputs i.e. deliverables Advanced meeting notes to keep track of key notes, decisions, actions and active follow-up Develop a clearly defined application support model for the consent management platform. Your Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Develop and manage RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents to solicit vendor proposals and solutions Facilitate the evaluation and selection of vendor responses in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Provide insights and guidance on privacy consent management frameworks, processes, and technologies. Ensure solutions comply with relevant privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., OAIC Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR, CCPA) Work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs. You Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience working hands-on as a Senior Agile Business Analyst in Scaled Agile environment or equivalent - (mandatory) Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience working in large complex government and/or corporate environments - (mandatory) At a minimum, involved in 3 large scale procurement activities from concept to implementation working in large complex government and/or corporate environments - (mandatory) Privacy and Consent Management Expertise (Desirable) Experience in implementing regulatory and compliance processes and reporting (Desirable) Our client has offices across Australia and this role can be based in Melbourne.Please note you must be based in Australia to apply for this role.If you think this sounds like you, we want to hear from you, so please go ahead, send your CV in Word format. #J-18808-Ljbffr
