What you will do as the Senior Business Analyst Engage with interesting and varied stakeholders across a range of subject matters and ICT projects. Take the lead on eliciting requirements and supporting stakeholders to achieve their business goals. Be an active team leader for your project team and the business analysis competency centre. Focus in and delivering on business process improvement and digital transformation for the ACCC. About You In order to succeed in the role, you will have: a proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and express these as requirements and user stories. demonstrated experience conducting research and in-depth analysis of existing complex business processes, data and products; and the ability to identify risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. a demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, end users, product owners, architects, developers, data modellers and testers to design and deliver solutions. highly developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and collaborate with others to achieve deadlines. a proven ability to establish clear expectations, take ownership and demonstrate initiative to be an independent contributor to the agency’s program of work, including the ability to manage, guide and mentor less experienced analysts. experience in agile methodology is highly desirable, as is the ability to apply user-design principles in an ICT agile delivery setting.
