Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation.About the role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large program for an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. About you 5 + years Business Analyst experience Experience in delivering business analysis for infrastructure transformation programs (advantageous) or similar ITIL certification, experience Extensive experience with business process mapping, analysis, and business scenario verification. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrable ability to explain technical content, write knowledge articles and communicate with clarity and efficiency. Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders. Experience in creating and managing Power BI dashboards. Knowledgeable in the infrastructure and networking domain. Be an energetic strategic thinker with considerable attention to detail. Have a curious and accountable mindset. Experienced with Jira and Confluence. Background in change management (advantageous) IIBA certifications Location: North West Sydney office with office attendance 2 days/weekSalary: $165k package (inclusive of superannuation)Join a great team with a supportive culture that participates in regular charity-focused events, as well as promoting work-life balance.
