Job Description At Amaris , we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to strategic projects in the telecommunications sector . If you are skilled in documentation, technical analysis, and effective communication with business units , we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business and IT teams, to identify and address process improvements. Conduct gap analysis and provide insights for system enhancements. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, user stories, and functional requirements. Support project lifecycles by working closely with development and testing teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business goals with technical solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Strong expertise in business process modeling, documentation, and requirements gathering. Technical proficiency in SQL, APIs, data flows, and system integrations is a plus. Proven ability to liaise between business and technical teams effectively.
