Toll Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the transition of our payroll solution to a new managed services provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact payroll implementation program in a fixed-term role until March 2026. Reporting into the Project Director, this position will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and processes, ensuring a smooth transition to the new payroll system. You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels, IT teams, and project leaders to ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Compile data and perform business case analysis Evaluate and document business requirements and processes Conduct business process re-engineering and recommend solutions Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders Lead components of large programs or fully manage smaller initiatives Support training delivery and assist business users during system implementation Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, plans, and scripts Contribute to process improvement and standardization To be successful in this role, you will have: 10+ years of Business Analysis experience 5+ years of Payroll project experience Proven ability to work across multiple SDLCs Strong understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodologies Experience in business process mapping and functional requirements documentation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic decisions Why Join Toll Group?
