Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services company on a 5-year program. Your new company Join a leading Financial Services company on a day rate contract for 9-12 months with a view to extend. Offering flexible working, known for its great work culture and plethora of projects.Your new role Gather Requirements: Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and document project requirements. Write Acceptance Criteria: Define and write clear acceptance criteria to meet project objectives. Translate Requirements: Convert technical requirements into easily understandable terms for a non-technical audience. Stakeholder Management: Navigate and influence challenging stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies to drive delivery forward. Telephony Migration: Manage the end-to-end migration of Telephony services from on-premise to cloud (Genesys, AWS/Azure).
