You'll help us leverage emerging technologies to transform the way whole communities interact.In this role, you'll: Collaborate with Regional Rail Fleet program managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and document business requirements and specifications, including ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes and procedures related to the acceptance and introduction of the New Regional Trains into service. Work closely with SMEs to identify opportunities for business improvements driven by the implementation of new customer and operational technologies. Develop detailed technical specifications to translate user requirements into actionable terms for system development teams. Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure engagement, alignment, and agreement on deliverables. About you Tertiary qualification: Appropriate tertiary qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent experience. Proven experience working as a Technical BA/Business Analyst with exposure to complex environments. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various organizational levels. Proficiency to manage project documentation and enhance team collaboration.
