Senior Business Analyst (credit/billing systems) Add expected salary to your profile for insights 12 months CONTRACT with potential extension Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in CBD office) Daily rate: $600 + Super ROLE OVERVIEW Join a high-performing Optimisation team responsible for overseeing credit management functions , including Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Collections, and Recoveries. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in mapping business requirements and leading the development and implementation of programs and initiatives within the Billing and Credit Management team. This role focuses on driving efficiency, improving processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational outcomes.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Analyze business and system processes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives while managing risks and mitigating potential impacts. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver functional and technical requirements. Lead or support multiple projects, managing scope, schedules, and stakeholder communications effectively. Represent the Billing and Credit team in external forums to assess risks and impacts on operational processes. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and business readiness for system implementations and enhancements. Document and map end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor project budgets and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters. MORE ABOUT YOU Extensive experience with credit management systems, fraud prevention, and billing processes in Telco industry . Proven expertise in business process analysis, process design, and system improvement. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and test plans.
