We are empowered to make a positive difference for customers and communities This team has energy, appetite, and the resources for positive change Be rewarded and recognized for the value you bring In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilizing your mature network of internal and external contacts Maintain and enhance your portfolio’s credit risk profile while maximizing profitability Work with and contribute to a high performing, engaged, and collaborative team Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion What you’ll bring Tenure as a business banking or relationship manager with a well-established footprint in professional services Demonstrable lending expertise and confidence navigating and putting together complex deals Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills Passionate about business development and credit risk management Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
