Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities with franchised and independent builders, as well as their contractors. Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new clients. Lead Generation: Collaborate with merchant teams and attend events to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, achieving a 70%+ conversion rate. Industry Engagement: Build strong relationships with key players in the residential construction market, driving awareness and adoption of our platform. Team Collaboration: Act as a mentor to junior sales team members and provide insights to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings. OH&S Advocacy: Use your knowledge of safety standards and technology to position our platform as the go-to solution for OH&S in residential construction. Qualifications: Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in solution and platform sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and engage diverse customer and partner groups. Customer Engagement: Equal parts personality and professionalism, with the ability to influence directors, franchise operators, and health and safety specialists. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of workflow technology and its role in supporting SMEs. Presentation Skills: Confident and engaging presenter, comfortable speaking to small and medium groups. CRM Expertise: Proficient in managing customer relationships and sales pipelines using a CRM system.
