As a Senior Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in expanding our presence in NSW and QLD , focusing on CFOs, Financial Controllers, Heads of Procurement, and Risk & Audit executives. Based in Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney , you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Your Day to Day Identify and prospect new enterprise clients across key industries. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and demonstrate the value of our solutions. Lead presentations and sales calls with senior decision-makers. Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline ensuring consistent revenue growth. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals in line with business goals. Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments. What You Will Bring Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales , ideally in financial compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity software. Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales automation platforms. A strategic problem-solving mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach. Passion for technology and helping organisations achieve compliance.
