As the Senior Business Services Officer (Human Resources) within the Office of the Deputy Director-General (ODDG), Tourism, you'll be joining a fast-paced division supporting the delivery of key government initiatives.Your main activities will include coordinating human resource (HR) management activities including establishment management, workforce and salary reporting, and providing administrative assistance. You will also provide specialist advice and consultancy services on a broad range of complex HR management legislation, policy, practice, and process issues to senior and executive management and staff.This role is permanent, full-time, and located in Brisbane CBD.About You You'll be known for your ability to problem-solve in a customer-facing environment. You'll be able to pivot on priorities and handle competing priorities and deadlines. You'll have superior communication skills including the capacity to prepare and discharge complex reports, funding submissions, and other correspondence. You'll be proactive in sourcing information and confidently provide advice in a clear and concise manner. You'll bring your energy, enthusiasm, and unique point of view.
