Leading Australian Services company requires a Senior Change Manager for a 12 month + contract based in Macquarie Park. As a Senior Change Manager with extensive Oracle HCM experience, your role will be to help with the development and execution of change management strategies for a major transformation project. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support the successful delivery of the Oracle HCM project. Identify and engage key stakeholders, assessing their readiness for change and tailoring engagement plans to drive adoption. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to anticipate challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, considering impacts on systems, processes, people, and organizational structure. Lead communication efforts, crafting clear and engaging messages to convey the purpose, benefits, and impact of the changes to all stakeholders. Ensure stakeholders have visibility into project milestones and understand their role in the transition process. Oversee the organizational change management framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Support the transition to Oracle HCM, including developing training programs, adoption strategies, and post-implementation support plans. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager, with a focus on Oracle HCM implementation. Strong background in enterprise change management, digital transformation, and system adoption. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management programs in large-scale organizations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in business planning and adoption strategies. Experience working with HR systems, data processing platforms, and enterprise technology solutions. Relevant tertiary qualifications in change management, communications, project management, or a related discipline.
