Job Description Lead the implementation of key change initiatives for the Disruptions Transformation Program. Assess and address impacts on people, processes, systems, and culture. The Senior Change and Transformation Analyst is a key role that will implement key change activities and deliverables across the Disruptions Transformation program. This role will report to the program Change Manager and will be responsible for identifying the impacts resulting from changes to people, process, systems and culture as well as the development and delivery of key documentation and successful implementation of change activities so people impacts are addressed. This in turn ensures the business and employees are ready, willing and able to accept the change into their day-to-day working lives. To achieve the above, the Senior Change and Transformation Analyst will complete the following key areas of change management: impact assessment, scope & risk identification, learning, communications, stakeholder engagement and change readiness, as well as supporting other transformation initiatives as required. You’ll have – Tertiary qualifications in Business/People related field or Change Management 2-4 years relevant experience in change or business analysis roles on projects. Strong analytical, PowerPoint, Spreadsheet skills and design platform tools Strong oral/written communication skills with ability to communicate concepts to non-change savvy audience Independent, highly motivated and dynamic team member and able to demonstrate effective leadership Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Provide ongoing support to drive adoption and engagement following go-live High level of accountability and ability to work to deadlines Committed to management of change Ability to deliver accurate and timely information and manage conflicting priorities Why Qantas?
