Salary: Flexible, starting at a minimum of $120,000 to $150,000 + Super, based on experience. A $10,000 car allowance plus a phone and laptop will be provided and paid for. We're Seeking: Possession of a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in teaching or room leadership. Demonstrated expertise in Early Learning (EL) or Centre Management (CM) is essential. The ideal candidate should have experience overseeing multiple sites. The candidate must exhibit proficient time management skills and strategically plan visits to centres at various stages, such as undergoing assessments and ratings (A&R), working towards goals, experiencing low occupancy, lacking team members, or performing exceptionally well. They should be adept at navigating these scenarios effectively. A professional who excels in fostering teamwork and holding teams accountable. The candidate should be capable of providing specific examples of how they drive change and plan their strategies. In This Role: You will be a key player within the Quality and Curriculum team, responsible for inspiring, guiding, and leading pedagogical practices across various centre teams. Working in tandem with the Network team, you will strategically and purposefully support current centre priorities, contributing to broader initiatives and projects. Your efforts will ensure the successful implementation and communication of these initiatives throughout the network. You'll collaborate with other mentors and curriculum leads to drive the professional learning and development of Educational Leaders, while closely working with Centre Leadership Teams to enhance quality in both programs and practices. Additionally, your role will involve creating support tools and resources for centre teams and partnering with other business functions as needed. As a leader, you are expected to align your work with the six business pillars, embodying and advocating the core purpose, mindsets, and guiding principles in all areas of your role.
