Senior Civil Designer - Land Development & Subdivisions Location: Brisbane, QLDIndustry: Civil Engineering | Land Development | Subdivisions About the Role We are seeking a Civil Designer to join a leading engineering consultancy in Brisbane. This role will focus on delivering land development and subdivision projects across Queensland. You will be responsible for the design and documentation of civil works, including roads, drainage, and earthworks, utilizing 12d software. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop detailed civil designs for land development and subdivision projects. Use 12d to design roads, drainage, sewer, water, and earthworks. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines. Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian standards and local council regulations. Assist in preparing reports, plans, and technical drawings for approvals. Skills & Experience Proficiency in 12d is essential. Experience in land development, subdivisions, and urban infrastructure projects. Understanding of Queensland local government and authority standards. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other civil design software (desirable). Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
