This is a career-defining opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry and deliver meaningful projects that shape the future of energy and resources.You’ll work closely with engineers and technical leaders, supporting project delivery, design management, and contributing to the growth and success of the team.Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver civil infrastructure projects in the new energy and resources sector Collaborate with commercial, project, and engineering teams to identify and pursue new opportunities Support diverse, high-impact projects from planning through to commissioning Build and mentor a high-performing team while growing the company’s portfolio Key Criteria Tertiary Engineering Degree (CPEng highly valued) with experience in the mining and resources sector In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices, codes, and specifications for resources projects Proven expertise in planning, design, and commissioning across multi-disciplinary projects Familiarity with project delivery phases and design maturity requirements for resources and/or new energy clients EPC/EPCM project delivery experience highly regarded Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills Why Join?
