We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Manager with our awesome team in Sydney! We are looking for talented Media candidates with a strong digital lean – lots of Social and Screens involved with these accounts, and opportunity to expand on your SEM skillset! The role: As the Senior Client Manager, you will support the Client Director and Client Partner in delivery on the accounts, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners, and has a strong digital lean. Core responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients, effectively running the media response and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Work closely with the buying team to ensure client expectations are managed and media delivery performance is clearly communicated. High level Client engagement, presentations, WIPs, Channel & Tactical Planning. Take ownership of the media planning outputs for the account, including the media plan and supporting the implementation and recommendation inline with the strategy. We have some incredibly talented Junior members in our team and working alongside our Director, we want your support in helping them grow! Support the Director in accurate forecasting media billings by channel and provide insight through data. A bit about you: Organised, motivated and upbeat with a natural ability to inspire your team and lead from the front. Strong working experience with Spectra and understanding of agency financial management. Technical proficiency across platforms and tools such as Roy Morgan, Neilson, AQX and additional Ad Verification technology. SEM experience is a bonus - SA360, GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads. Multi-channel experience with demonstrated Digital skills – specifically with: Paid Social and Search, Screens, BVOD, Display, high level Programmatic. Ability to ‘multi-hat’ across various areas of Client servicing and team leadership. Demonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management with Planning & Buying.
