About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Onboarding Advisor who is proficient in both English and Mandarin to play a crucial role in executing KYC activities and facilitating smooth onboarding for corporate and institutional clients. Your skills will assist us in upholding regulatory compliance, revising SOPs, supporting regulatory reporting, and improving our systems. Work in partnership with our compliance teams on CDD/EDD processes and engage in exciting projects aimed at streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency. Your contributions will have a significant impact throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Perform KYC activities, including PEP and sanctions screening, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Oversee and execute KYC/AML processes for non-individual customer onboarding, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements Collaborate with Compliance teams on CDD/EDD, client offboarding, and regulatory reporting for audit purposes Update and maintain SOP documentation, ensuring all operational procedures are clearly defined and up to date Support and coordinate projects, including automation initiatives and process enhancements, to drive operational efficiency Manage system administration tasks, such as updating registration forms and implementing multi-language support Assist with onboarding data tracking and reporting, including monitoring onboarding volumes and key performance metrics Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in KYC/AML within the financial services industry Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, including testing and refining system features Familiarity with corporate, trust, and institutional onboarding is highly desirable Knowledge of AUSTRAC and ASIC regulations related to compliance and onboarding is a strong advantage Experience with electronic verification tools such as Sumsub, World-Check, or similar platforms is a plus RG146 certification is preferred but not mandatory Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential Benefits: Celebrate your tenure with us!
