About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join the financial planning team of this dynamic firm. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional client support and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. If you’re a proactive and experienced professional ready to excel in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity. Key Responsibilities Manage client-facing interactions and serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries. Prepare for client meetings, including review packs. Handle implementation tasks and manage the FDS (Fee Disclosure Statement) process. Follow up on client documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met. Update and maintain the Xplan database. What We’re Looking For 5+ years experience minimum in a Client Services position within financial planning. Understanding of industry compliance regulations. Strong experience with Xplan. Excellent organisational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused.
