$1000-$1200 per day + Super, depending on experience | 40 hours per week NSW State Government | Warwick Farm ASAP start | Estimated 4-month temp assignment, strong potential to extend About the Company Our NSW State Government client is committed to providing healthcare services and clinical care for the community of NSW.About the Role Our client is currently seeking a Senior Clinical Business Analyst to join their team in Warwick Farm. This is an estimated 4-month temporary assignment with a strong potential to extend.As a Senior Clinical Business Analyst, you will be required to confidently lead a workshop with a group of clinicians to review and scrutinise data to improve organisational processes and procedures.Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather and document Digital Health requirements for new hospital developments and redevelopments. Review and analyse current healthcare processes, procedures and systems. Identify opportunities for digital innovation and improved patient outcomes. Develop high-level implementation plans and budgets for Digital Health solutions. Collaborate with external agencies, including technology vendors, government bodies, and healthcare partners, to ensure seamless integration and compliance with standards. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align objectives, resolve issues, and validate requirements. Create clear, concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and functional specifications. Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements. About You Confident and engaging persona to facilitate workshops and meetings. Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels. High attention to detail. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite. Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently. Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines. Requirements Demonstrated Senior Business Analyst experience. Clinical background or proven experience working with clinicians essential. Willingness to undergo a National Police Check. Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment.
