Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care and clinical leadership? Our client is seeking a Senior Clinical Manager to lead their aged care facility in Bexley on a permanent full-time basis. This role is an opportunity to drive excellence in care delivery, support residents and their families, and lead a high-performing clinical team.About the OrganisationOur client provides high-quality residential aged care and independent living options, delivering compassionate and personalised care to the local community. Their team is dedicated to maintaining a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued and well cared for.The Role As the Senior Clinical Manager, you will:Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Oversee individualised care plans, collaborating with residents, families, and staff.Manage clinical risk and serious incidents, ensuring compliance with the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS).Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements.Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes.Monitor and analyse clinical indicators and trends to improve service delivery.Collate and submit National Quality Indicators.Work closely with external healthcare providers to ensure holistic care solutions.Oversee clinical staffing, skill mix, and performance management.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of 5 years of aged care nursing experience, including 3+ years in a senior clinical management role.Expertise in wound management, palliative care, and clinical deterioration.Strong understanding of aged care accreditation standards and clinical governance.Experience in SIRS management and compliance.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong planning, time management, and organisational abilities.The ability to assess complex clinical situations and implement effective solutions.What’s On Offer?
