Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Consultant to join our team and lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems that meet complex business requirements. Your strong foundation in cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Kubernetes , will play a critical role in modernizing applications and driving innovation for our clients. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Leveraging the TOGAF framework, you will provide strategic guidance in aligning technology solutions with business goals, ensuring robust, future-proof architectures. In addition to hands-on technical responsibilities, you will act as a mentor to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team. This position also requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, impactful solutions. Mandatory Skills Strong proficiency in C# , .NET , HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Hands-on experience with SQL for database design and management. Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services and Kubernetes for container orchestration. Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks. TOGAF certification with a proven ability to align architecture with business strategy. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders. 10+ years of experience in software development, including experience in a consulting role. Experience with Power BI. Domain experience working for financial and mining companies. Roles And Responsibilities End to end responsibility of designing and architecting Integration solutions. Develop architecture and coding standards, review processes as well as project specific templates. Provide support during requirement gathering and analysis (Integration perspective) to the teams. Conduct project estimations by analyzing business requirements. Develop a repository of technical solutions, technical best practices and design/coding guidelines/standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high standards of software quality. Lead development of enterprise-wide technology on premise or cloud-based architectures. Good knowledge about known architectures and solution frameworks as well as usage of modelling techniques. Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.
