About the job Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer - Estate Disputes The Role Zylo have teamed up with a well-respected long serving Brisbane based law firm. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their esteemed team in the heart of Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on estate disputes. Key Responsibilities Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial litigation matters. Handling a diverse caseload of estate disputes, including will challenges, trust disputes, and probate litigation. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis. Drafting and filing court documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs. Representing clients in court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trial. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers. Skills and Experience Extensive experience in commercial litigation. Demonstrated expertise in estate dispute resolution. Strong understanding of Queensland estate laws and procedures. Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
