About The Role WorkPac is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and managing construction activities in a heavy industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of construction projects. Oversee construction management activities and ensure compliance with industry standards. Supervise and coordinate construction teams, providing leadership and direction. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders and report on project progress.
