You’ll join a high-performing business, backing talented individuals. In this Senior Consultant Contract Management role, reporting into Sarah Dyson, you will: Work on NAB’s most important and complex contracts and suppliers to preserve existing contract value and drive further value from our supply arrangements for NAB and its customers. Work with Strategic Sourcing and Business Leaders to develop and implement enterprise supply strategies that bring together NAB’s strategy and objectives and the ever-changing supply landscape. Be responsible for managing day-to-day contract activities such as supplier contract compliance, facilitating risk reviews, supplier governance, contract change management, issues, and dispute resolutions. Work with key stakeholders to position NAB in critical supply markets as a ‘Customer of Choice’. What you will bring: 7+ years procurement and/or contract management experience. 3+ years Supplier Relationship Management and or Category Management experience. Experience managing high value and or highly strategic enterprise suppliers. Strong contract literacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to partner with suppliers for mutual benefit beyond contracted value.
