The Opportunity We are expanding our Expert team in Australia and are looking for experienced project planners or engineers with an interest in forensic planning and delay analysis who are looking to make, or have already made, the transition into specializing in dispute resolution and construction claims. As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to welcome an experienced delay professional to our team and are open to you being based in either Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, or Melbourne. Skills and Experience Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience: Strong and demonstrable experience working in the construction industry with experience on live projects. Experience working as a delay expert and/or a lead assistant in the infrastructure sector. Experience in dispute management and ideally involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings. Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes. Strong skills using relevant software tools, including but not limited to: Primavera P6 and MS Project. Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
