Our Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services team is part of an international network of offices and operates on a global basis. As part of our team, you will help to move talent across the globe and reshape the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces. You will also contribute to the development of cutting-edge, efficient, and compliant global mobility programs, and bring creative solutions to the market. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing consistently high levels of client service. Support the successful delivery of ongoing mobility services to our clients, with a focus on quality and exceeding expectations. Liaise and effectively work with both on-shore and off-shore teams, continually making recommendations for improvement. Act as key point of contact for client stakeholders and expatriates to support assignment administration and program effectiveness. Support mobility advisory projects to assist clients in optimizing, designing, developing, and implementing a mobility program. Experience in administering a corporate mobility or professional services program. Experience within an in-house global mobility function or global mobility service provider. Strong team players, who are able to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members onshore and offshore.
