As Senior Consultant / Associate, you will work closely with the management team as you provide tailored advice to meet the challenges ahead across the industry. You will lead senior stakeholders in regards to their company strategy, working across a portfolio of clients and advising senior leaders in the industry on concept & feasibility studies, asset planning, design management, procurement management, construction management, and operations. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and passion as you work in a diverse team on fast-paced challenging projects. This will involve: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting project teams with research and analytics, data collection, and reporting. Overseeing data/risk/business/financial analysis and integrating large volumes of data. Contributing to program management and planning work with the delivery consortium. Managing stakeholder relationships, guiding and influencing through workshops and interviews with client management teams and key stakeholders. Managing consultation interfaces with stakeholders - clients, relevant government agencies, and authorities. Participating in client meetings, leading strategic planning ideas, identifying issues, and making recommendations. Preparing communications, presentations, and project plans. Producing project and budget reports relating to assignment management. Driving and delivering project strategy and planning through service delivery and high-quality solutions. ABOUT YOU Experience working on major water/transport and energy projects - transmission and distribution. Degree qualifications in science, engineering, project management, planning, or similar. Client-side, consulting, engineering experience with strong coordination ability, good stakeholder management, and the ability to apply critical thinking to complex issues. A strong understanding of water or energy regulations, involvement with government departments, strategic alliances, funders, or operators is highly regarded.
