About the role: As a Senior Consultant, you will deliver high-quality project work, provide expert guidance, and engage with clients at all levels while actively contributing to internal initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include proactively engaging with clients, managing project deliverables in line with objectives and budgets, and supporting follow-on business opportunities. You will drive business improvements using our specialised toolkit, creative problem-solving, and sound business practices. This role can be based on Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. What you’ll do: Deliver operational improvement projects and diagnostics on client sites, focusing on manufacturing and engineering value streams Support the delivery of end-to-end transformations and change management initiatives Assist with the delivery of customer proposals and presentations Analyse data and processes to identify opportunities and present them to clients Support and drive the implementation of opportunities with client teams Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction Support sales and networking initiatives by identifying and communicating opportunities for repeat business (on-sell and cross-sell). What you'll bring: A degree in Engineering, Science, or a comparable field with a focus on numerical and analytical disciplines 3+ years of manufacturing experience in industry or consulting Operational experience with a recognised organisation A strong track record in supporting operational transformations, specialising in manufacturing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical capability Experience delivering impactful projects and effectively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders Work experience in manufacturing within FMCG or similar environments.
