Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr Talenza has been engaged to source a highly capable Senior Consultant for Strategy & Transformation programs. This opportunity suits a strategy, senior or management consultant (with a minimum of 2+ years up to 4+ experience in a tier 1 consulting firm, strategy boutique, private equity, or in industry corporate development roles) who is looking to move into a new role. In this role, you will join a project team intent on driving CEO agenda issues and customer-focused outcomes. Role Title: Senior Consultant - Strategy & TransformationPay: $100,000-$120,000 plus superannuation (based on experience)Location: Sydney CBD/WFH.Key Skills Required: 2+ years experience with a top-tier consultancy or similar organization Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as being able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to keep up to date with data and analytics advancements. Target operating model, business process or similar experience is advantageous but not a must. An ability to utilize analysis to draw conclusions, with excellent structured problem-solving skills and complex business modeling skills also being desired. Experience in developing slides and storylines for senior management. A collaborative nature that allows you to work well in a team environment. Customer-centric mindset.
