This senior role involves applying expert knowledge and specialist skills in human factors methods and human science. You will lead and manage the delivery of Human Factors projects across various sectors and high-profile clients, serving as a key subject matter expert for our team and clients. The Opportunity Provide strategic direction and manage the delivery of Human Factors projects across multiple sectors. Lead project planning, scoping, and resource allocation. Ensure commercial success by demonstrating good commercial discipline. Liaise with key client stakeholders to facilitate project outcomes. Contribute to business development and develop strong client relationships. Is this role right for you? A tertiary degree and/or extensive experience in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Occupational or Organisational Psychology. Chartered or considering becoming Chartered with the Human Factors Ergonomics Society of Australia. 6+ years of experience in a consulting or in-house environment. Experience delivering human factors objectives within multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy environments. Strong project management and delivery skills, including financial and risk management.
