The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and technology consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in industries such as energy, transport, defence, and more. Responsibilities: Lead, manage and contribute to complex consultancy projects from inception to delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations. As the ideal candidate, you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, along with Chartered Engineering status. Extensive experience in consultancy, with a focus on systems engineering, safety assurance, project management, or related disciplines. A strong industry-based network within New South Wales. Proven ability to lead projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach.
