12 month secondment opportunity Enjoy a varied workload, with no two days being the same Drive improvement throughout the business In this Senior Consultant, Transformation role, you will Have a strong ability to build relationships by working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders across multiple layers of the organisation. Possess strong presentation and facilitation skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way. Proven and highly experienced in program and project delivery methodologies and associated tools, with significant working experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and practices in an Agile delivery environment. Experience as a business analyst/consultant with a track record delivering projects/changes, ideally with a business improvement focus with strong diagnostic capability. Ability to adapt to a changing environment, present challenges with alternative solutions. Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation. Demonstrated application of Risk Management fundamentals. Understand risk, issue & dependency management. Understand controls. Advanced data analysis & problem solving with demonstrable measurement techniques. What you’ll bring Several years experience in the banking/financial sector Experience working with Agile methodology/projects and/or Operational Excellence Ability to work in complex environments across multiple streams/evolving timelines. Experience contributing to and/or delivering Transformation including process redesign and automation is highly regarded.
