Job Requisition ID # 25WD85792 Position Overview The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization is seeking a talented, accomplished, and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Senior Project Manager for construction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in the construction industry and technical knowledge to help customers implement innovative design, engineering, and construction solutions in real-world applications. You will work directly with our largest and most strategic customers to offer consulting services including process improvement, implementation and deployment strategies, software training, configuration, mentoring and technical guidance. By providing these services, you will help customers maximize the value of their investment in Autodesk technologies while driving successful transformational changes in their business. You will also be responsible for tracking the business value of the solutions we deliver and the scale at which they are adopted. Responsibilities Manage multiple consulting projects across various customers simultaneously Lead and manage internal and external resources effectively to meet project objectives Maintain open communication amongst account team and project team members, leading project review meetings Translating project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team Managing team members to achieve project objectives Defining project resource plans, including internal and contract resources Monitoring projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilising standard PM processes Performing project plan analysis and evaluating risk and developing risk mitigation plans Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships while maintaining effective communication channels Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an IT-related field PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent Proven experience leading teams to achieve project objectives and successfully delivering projects within cost and schedule constraints An ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations Experience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirements A strong sense of ownership with a bias for action The Ideal Candidate Autodesk Technology: You are excited about Autodesk software and the opportunities it presents as the company evolves into a platform provider Willingness to Learn: You are an enthusiastic learner who approaches interactions with an open mind.
