The Northern Land Council are currently seeking a talented senior administration professional with a background in contracts and compliance to play a pivotal role in managing contract compliance for land use agreements on Aboriginal traditional lands and seas. About the Role Reporting to the Manager of the Permits, Agreements & Compliance (PACT) Team, this position is responsible for the contract compliance management of non-financial obligations with conditions specified in land use agreements within the NLC regions made in accordance with the NLC's statutory functions. Using your expertise to make a meaningful impact in this dynamic and rewarding position you will investigate and resolve compliance issues and liaise with the Legal Team for unresolved compliance issues. What You Will Bring A solid background in senior administration with exceptional cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with proponents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build strong, productive relationships and drive impactful engagement. Proven experience in Contract Compliance will allow you to thrive in this position. In addition to this, we are looking for: Relevant tertiary level qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar or related role. Sound ICT literacy and the ability to use a variety of systems including database management systems, including ALTAR, CRM, TRIM or an ability to rapidly acquire knowledge for such systems. Demonstrated proficiency to communicate effectively in writing with influence and the ability to produce clear, concise and informative high‐level documents for a range of purposes to suit the intended audience; these may include project plans, briefings, internal memorandums and reports. Demonstrated cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively liaise, engage and coordinate across an organisation and build productive working relationships. Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include: District allowance up to $4,797 annually with dependents and $2,630 without dependents. 5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave; Paid Christmas close down; Upon completion of 12 months of service, an annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961.
