About The Role An opportunity exists for a self-motivated and experienced Senior Contract Officer - Procurement to join Iluka’s projects team. This position will be based in our Perth CBD projects office and will report to the Procurement Lead. The role is required to support the Procurement department of Iluka, working alongside a world-class EPCM Contractor, for the supply of goods for Iluka’s Premier Project. The main responsibilities of this role include: Conduct day-to-day execution of the company’s commercial contracting and associated processes in respect of Goods Supply Contract packages. Support the development of procurement strategies for a Major Project. Support and direct the EPCM Contractor to complete end-to-end contracting on contract planning and approvals, develop and issue tender package, evaluation of proposals, negotiation, review recommendation for awards, issue awards, and contract administration. Preparation, execution and management of Goods Supply contracts with respect to equipment packages and long lead items for project execution phases. Support and direct the EPCM Contractor to complete tendering, evaluation, formulation, drafting and finalization of commercially and legally viable contract based project solutions. Day-to-day management and administration of Goods Supply contracts from award to close-out. Monitor and manage contractor performance. Regular reporting of Contract Status. About You To be successful for this role, you will have: Tertiary qualification in Business, Legal or Commercial fields. Experience in the preparation and management of goods and service contracts. Experience in EPCM and EPC work environments. Knowledge and experience of working in a dynamic project team environment.
