About the Role Are you a passionate Conveyancing Team Leader or Licensed Conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career? This dynamic team of property conveyancing specialists is in Adelaide, South Australia. In this full-time or part-time role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering top-notch legal support and seamless property transactions for their valued clients. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing all aspects of residential and commercial property conveyancing, including contract preparation, title searches, settlement coordination, and post-settlement follow-up. Liaising with clients, legal professionals, and relevant authorities to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process. Maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and overseeing file management with exceptional attention to detail. Providing unparalleled client service, guiding them through every step of their property journey. Staying current with changes in property law, regulations, and industry best practices. Experience: Minimum of five years as a Licensed Conveyancer, ideally within a property law or conveyancing firm. Expertise: Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant legislation. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Organisational Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment. Commitment: A passion for client service and a drive to contribute to the team’s success.
