Overview: Senior Coordinator, Business Services Full-time, Continuing position Salary Level HEW 7 + 17% Superannuation Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University About the role As the Senior Coordinator, Business Services, you will be responsible for a number of service functions supporting the operations of the University, as part of the Workplace Experience Team. You will be responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of the centralised fleet vehicles, management of parking on all Melbourne campuses, contract management, device management for the Property Services Group, and reviewing and developing business processes to support continuous process improvement. You will work closely with many stakeholders (students and staff) across the university where strong communication skills will be employed to manage proactive messaging and respond to enquiries. This position requires frequent travel between campuses and managing fleet vehicles; therefore, holding a current driver's license is essential. To be successful in this position, you will have: A high level of co-ordination and organisational skills, as well as an ability to co-ordinate multiple and competing tasks. Demonstrated experience and ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve outcomes across multiple geographic sites to develop a culture of professional customer service. Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to gain the cooperation of others across a range of levels. Extensive experience in office management, administration and issue resolution in a large, complex organisation. Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions. High degree of proficiency in the MS365 suite of applications. Current driver's license. About the Group Property Services is located in the Operations Portfolio which is the services nucleus of RMIT and focuses on the development of the finance, people development infrastructure and systems that provide administrative capacity to the University. Property Services has approximately 110 staff and is responsible for operating, maintaining and enhancing the buildings owned and leased by RMIT University, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring the provision of physical facilities services. The Group has an operating budget in excess of $70M and prospective capital projects of over $50M per annum for the next few years. RMIT's built environment involves approximately 110 buildings in Melbourne spread across all of RMIT's campuses and sites.
