Job Description Lead cost manager on a number of projects responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities across pre-construction, procurement, and post contract activities. Leading delivery of a number of projects, serving as the lead point of contact for project stakeholders and clients. Leading fee proposals. Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities. Management of T&T financials on project and commission management. Assisting, eventually leading, carbon calculation services. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager. Experience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables. MRICS or MAIQS preferred.
