Senior Credit Analyst | Leading Mortgage Brokerage | Wollongong Area (BH-237) Location: Wollongong, Australia Sector: Banking Salary: Up to $110,000 + super & bonuses Are you an experienced Credit Analyst with experience working in a Mortgage Brokerage?Do you get a kick out of “project managing” a process from beginning to end, handling complex scenarios for clients and finding resolutions?Our client is a boutique mortgage broking firm based in the Wollongong Area. Due to exceptional growth, they are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to work with a high performing broker and the wider team.The ideal candidate will have experience with complex lending scenarios such as SMSF, trusts, and self-employed structures, and have pride in the work they do. The role: Analyse information provided by broker and clients to determine borrowing capacity Work on multiple complex scenarios at the same time Calls & emails to lenders to ensure their policy allows clients to proceed with the structure they want Inbound calls & emails to clients that relate to all aspects of the research process Prepare product comparisons and handover checklists to the Applications Team You will have: Experience in the lending industry Knowledge of all steps involved during the process of obtaining a loan Strong relationship management skills Solid negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines Detail-oriented and organised professional Our client has stunning offices in a relaxed, family-feel environment.
