Join our diverse and global Cyber Threat and Incident Response team within the Cyber Security Department of our Technology division. This position is initially offered as a six-month daily rate contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. In your role as a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Responder, you will work in an agile environment with the flexibility to transition from managing incidents to reporting and presenting to senior management. You will have the opportunity to develop tools and use modern technologies, while thinking outside the box, to detect and respond to security threats. What you offer 6+ years of hands-on experience in security operations, incident response and threat hunting; prior experience in security incident response on cloud services such as GCP and AWS is preferred Expertise in using logging and SIEM platforms like Splunk, Splunk Enterprise Security, or SumoLogic Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders during an incident and take decisive actions as needed for containment Experience in providing security consulting and advice to secure applications and prevent recurrence of cybersecurity incidents Proficiency in programming with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Golang is preferred Prior experience in security engineering to automate tasks for incident response detection and containment is preferred Holding certifications such as CISSP, SANS GIAC, CCSK, AWS or GCP will be highly regarded.
